    Who we are

    FPDL is a Romanian Non-governmental Organization founded in 1994.

    Our mission is

    To enhance the democratic processes of governance and support the local development, to strengthen civil society and to promote a new culture of change and conflict management.

    In Romania and Worldwide, through Capacity Building activities targeting Public Administration and representatives of NGOs  in order to be more effective, efficient and accountable, as well as to work better together.
